pl13-00 flotation deinking machine is used in pulping and papermaking laboratory for flotation deinking and evaluating the deinking condition of recycled paper. it is one of the equipments for researching pulp deinking process. , circulating pipeline, slurry circulating pump, bubble generating device, drain pipe, etc.

principle: flotation deinking is based on the principle of mine flotation beneficiation. according to the different wettability of fibers, fillers and inks, the flotation machine is used to make 10~150μm ink particles adsorb on air bubbles and float to the pulp. the surface is removed by a scraper, and the fibers and fillers remain in the slurry.
